Vada Machine is an advanced kitchen machine designed to streamline the process of preparing vadas in large quantities, combining both shaping and frying processes in one machine.

1. Forming Unit:
• The batter is poured into a large hopper at the top of the machine that ensures a continuous supply of batter for the forming process.
• The batter is dispensed through a nozzle that shapes the batter into uniformly shaped vadas (size can be adjusted as per requirement).
• The flow rate and consistency of the batter are controlled and can be altered ensuring uniformity in the vadas' size and thickness.

2. Frying Unit:
• The frying unit consists of a large tank where oil is heated (LPG) to the required temperature for deep frying vadas.
• Temperature regulation is critical for achieving the right texture in vadas and hence provision is given to customize the texture as per liking.
• Oil circulation system helps maintain consistent oil quality by circulating the oil to ensure even heat distribution and proper frying of the vadas.
• Flipping system ensures vadas are flipped and uniform cooking on both sides of the vadas.
