Dosa machine is an end-to-end solution from pouring the batter to collecting crispy dosas.

The following processes are done automatically:-

• Batter Dispersion - The grinded batter is fed into the hopper. The size of the dosas (can be varied) is set in the panel and uniform dispersion of the batter onto the rotating plate takes place. Stopper is available to adjust the thickness of the dosas.
  
  
• Cooking of dosas - Dosas get uniformly cooked as the plate rotates and LPG burners heat up the plate. Oil dispersion unit ensures oil is added to the dosas (Volume of oil can be adjusted in the panel). A water dispersion unit is also present in the machine to ensure no overheating of the plate takes place. Crispiness of the dosas can be adjusted by adjusting the temperature.
  
  
• Rolling of dosas - Once the dosas are completely cooked, the dosas are automatically rolled (restaurant-style) and can be served directly. Stuffings such as masala/paneer/etc. can be added manually before rolling of the dosas.

Capacity: 400-900 Dosas/hour.
